Makaira CEO Ko Fujii participated in the review of the JST’s report “ELSI/RRI as a Foundation for Science, Technology and Innovation: Toward Strategic Science and Technology Governance”. In the published report, a “Public Affairs Method” is proposed as one of the methods to promote ELSI (Ethical, Legal and Social Issues) and RRI (Responsible Research and Innovation). Makaira’s name and the proceedings of the study workshop were also introduced.
